• However, as the information is confidential, every course can only be seen and watched while staying on the site. 

• Anywhere out of the site, information viewed or manipulated will be confronted as illegal use and abuse of the academy data.

• If prospect is found using or selling our information, strict action will be taken under the law of copyright infringement case.

For Refund:

1. As we pay full attentions to learner's need and wants before making the course we launch a pilot course on respective topic on YouTube to take a look at.

2. We provide you enough free data to cater your decisions, therefore on the basis of free trial of each courses available on youtube we can't offer refund of the courses once after you become a member.

3. Member can not cancel or ask for the refund of the course they have subscribed.

4. If member has provided installment amount initially, it is under one condition the money can be refunded:- if the member did not like the first demo class which they have paid for by paying small installment amount, member has to confirm right after the class whether they have liked the first demo class which they have paid for right after the class is finished. 

5. There is no free demo class available to judge about our academy customer can check our insatgram and youtube and then pay the fees(note any amount of fees in any condition is not refundable, (except clause no.4 above.)

6. 6. Classes and Recordings

7. 6.1. The Academy's obligation is limited to providing eight (8) live interactive classes for the fee received. Any classes provided beyond this count, up to a total of one hundred four (104) classes, are to be considered a discretionary bonus provided by the Academy without any additional charge. Students shall have no right to demand the provision of these bonus classes.

8. 6.2. The provision of class recordings is a facilitative measure offered through a virtual platform. The Academy is under no obligation to provide, host, or maintain these recordings for any specific duration or period. Recordings are provided on a "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and students cannot claim a right to their availability.

9. 6.3. Sufficiency of Course Material

10. The library of class recordings available since 2020 is deemed sufficient for students to comprehend the course curriculum and acquire the intended skills. The scheduling of any new live classes is entirely at the discretion of the Academy. The Academy may complete the remaining syllabus at a time and manner it deems appropriate, and no instant or time-bound provision is guaranteed.

11. 6.4. Nature of Bonus Classes and Recordings

12. The Academy's responsibility is strictly confined to the provision of eight (8) live classes. The bonus classes (96 in number) and their corresponding recordings are offered on a voluntary, non-obligatory basis for the duration of the student's membership. The upload and availability of these bonus recordings within the application shall be at the sole discretion of the Academy.

13. 6.5. Access Period

14. Access to the Academy's application, including all course content and class recordings, is permitted only for the active duration of the student's membership. Upon expiry of the membership term, all access rights shall be automatically revoked. Access may be restored only upon successful renewal of membership for a subsequent term.

15. 6.6. Certificate Policy

16. 6.6.1. A course completion certificate shall be issued only to those students who have successfully completed more than fifty percent (50%) of the prescribed course curriculum. Failure to meet this eligibility criterion will result in the non-issuance of the certificate.

17. 6.6.2. Certificates will be provided in a digital format only. A physical copy will not be dispatched under any circumstances. The digital certificate will be sent to the student's registered email address and/or WhatsApp number.

18. 6.6.3. The issuance of a certificate does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of its validity, recognition, or acceptance by any third party, institution, or regulatory body, either within India or internationally. The student is solely responsible for verifying the credential's suitability for their intended purpose.

19. 6.7. Program Switching Policy
     

20. Requests for switching from one program to another during an ongoing membership tenure are not permitted. This policy is in place due to the administrative, economic, and operational constraints involved, including but not limited to faculty salaries and advertisement services. A student wishing to enroll in a different program must do so by paying the prevailing fresh fee for the new program.

21. 6.8. Governing Policies

22. Students are strongly advised to thoroughly read and understand the Academy's policies, terms, and conditions, which are available on the designated webpage. This is advised irrespective of whether it is done before, during, or after the acquisition of a membership.

23. If academy finds out any students manipulating its property or trying to destroy the peace and decorum of the institute and community, academy can take strict action which may include suspending the admision of the student for lifetime and no refund will be given.

24. For any judicial or legal action academy is subjected to surat city judiciary only.

25. Yet for our academic merchandise or essential tools which can be bought separately 'according to the desire of member' are refundable within 2 days of receiving. Also member have to bear the transportation cost.

27. After we received our tool money will be transferred in full amount within a day.
    
     

28. 6.8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

29. 6.8.1. All assets and properties of the Academy, including but not limited to its faculty members (teachers), all recorded and live class content, teaching methodologies, study materials, customer and student databases (including contacts and details), and the "Salsabila Artsea" customer base, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.

30. 6.8.2. Upon the expiry of a student's membership, the student's license to access and use all such proprietary materials is immediately terminated. Any attempt to access, copy, distribute, store, or use these assets after the membership period constitutes a violation of the Academy's intellectual property rights.

31. 6.8.3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Academy's proprietary property may be subject to legal action under the applicable laws of India, including but not limited to the Copyright Act, 1957, and other statutes governing intellectual property rights. The Academy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and claiming damages for such infringement.

    Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

33. 1. Pilot Courses & Free Content

34. The Academy offers pilot courses on YouTube to assist prospective learners in making informed decisions. Access to such free content does not entitle users to refunds for paid courses post-enrollment.

35. 2. No Refund Policy

36. Membership Fees: Once a member subscribes to any course, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as specified in Clause 4.

37. Installment Payments: Members paying via installments acknowledge that fees are irrevocable upon enrollment.

38. 3. Demo Class Refund Exception

39. A refund of the demo class installment fee is permissible only if:

40. The member formally notifies the Academy immediately after the demo class of their dissatisfaction.

41. No refund requests will be entertained after this stipulated period.

42. 4. Course Structure

43. The Academy guarantees 8 core classes per enrolled course. Any additional classes (e.g., 96 bonus classes) are provided at the Academy’s discretion and cannot be demanded as a right.

44. 5. Prohibited Conduct & Penalties

45. Members shall not:

46. Manipulate, replicate, or distribute Academy materials.

47. Disrupt the Academy’s community or operations.
    Violations will result in:

49. Lifetime suspension without refund.

51. 6. Jurisdiction

52. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Surat City courts, Gujarat, India.

53. 7. Refunds for Merchandise/Tools

54. Eligibility: Refunds are permitted only for separately purchased tools/merchandise, provided:
